It entered the Indian consumer durable space in the month of august and launched an air purifier vacuum, vacuum cleaner, and hairdryer. Evidence from the various researchers shows that the company is launching new products in India and other nations globally resulting in an increase in the supply of its products (Wong et al.,2012). The company has played a big role in employing a lot of workers who facilitate the services that are carried out in the company and ensure that the products that are produced by the company are of high quality. The company has a positive effect on the supply chain as it plays a role in ensuring that there is proper supply of the products in the market so that it can meet the market demand. The management of the company is well equipped with skilled labor and appropriate strategies that help the company to acquire its market demand (Godsell et al.,2011). The products that are produced by the company are able to move through a channel to the final consumer. The discussion will focus on the supply chain management of the Dyson hairdryer company. It has also raised the profit level of the business that is being conducted in the company through a welcoming behavior of new technological innovations. The supply chain in Dyson company has boosted the level of cooperation whereby there is keeping track of what the suppliers and distributors of the products of the company are doing in order to meet the target market for the products. Another issue is the maintenance of the reputation and brand image of the company (Tapinos, Dyson & Meadows, 2005). This is achieved through the employment of the workers that are no skills of the production of quality products for the company resulting in the downfall of the brand of the company products which poses an impact on profitability. There is also the engagement of the stakeholders especially in the making of the decision that is of advantage to the company. some of the decisions that are made by some of the stakeholder results in serious problems in Dyson company leading to a decrease in profitability.  There are changes in the level of technology which pose a challenge for the company especially in adapting to the new changes in technology which is an issue that is affecting most companies currently including the Dyson company (Reiner & Hofmann, 2006). Many of the employees are not conversant with the changes making it difficult for them to produce quality products.

There are a number of benefits that are achieved in the company through the introduction of the digital supply chain. It has helped in the improvement of collaboration whereby there is the use of data visualization tools which are helpful in making changes in the digital and physical aspects in the supply chain process (Reiner & Hofmann, 2006). There is the production of digital products in the company and modern services which has resulted in an increased demand for the products in the market.
