Business Performance Management –Ramsey is working together with his employees and the vice president of the company to ensure the effectiveness and better performance of the company. Since they are all focused on making better performance in the market, they have developed a good business performance management strategy. The company hopes to make a productivity increase in the future.

Relationships management-The owner of the New York-based company MR Ramsey has a good relationship with his workers. The workers have accorded him the expected respect. Hiring Fred with intentions to replace Mr. Brigg was also not a good move. Since Ramsey had not informed Mr. Briggs about the change intended.

Strategy, Complexity and Change Management-The movie is depicting the roles of the leader, the owner of the company, in dealing with the issues of complexity and any end of uncertainty and transforming themselves to make success in the future. Ramsey is applying this concept in the effort to improve his company performance. He even goes extra miles to bring change in the management by hiring and appointing Fred as the new vice president.

TWO POINTS OF INTERESTS

Global strategic thinking- From a worldwide citizen perspective, I believe that this movie is helping me to see how global business operations. Even though this business is conducted in New York, other companies should employ better strategies towards achieving success in the future.

Deep self-awareness is a point of interest that people working in global businesses should focus on. Lit is essential to understand one through knowing it is true that you might differ from others, but it is very critical to trust yourself and perform without limits, Interestingly Just like Fred is prepared to improve the company in his new role as vice president.

OVERVIEW OF THE MOVIE

The movie is showing a fierce and corrosive in a competition that is happening in an executive of Ramsey & co. This is a New York-based company, Walter Ramsey, as the top manager. He is showing a character of the ruthless chief. Bill Briggs is another official who is second in the command. He has been able to get swayed by technologies and human values. We have a youthful engineer who has just been newly employed by Ramsey to have brigs succeeded. Since he is youth, he appears to be sensitive but has a similar perception to people just like Briggs, and they believe that people are never mere units they think. Instead of firing his old friend, Ramsey just decided to make untenable condition which could force Briggs to resign.

In the meeting, Ramsey is embarrassing Briggs. This makes staple develop a bad feeling as to why he comes to work in this company. Unfortunately, Briggs dies after having a heart attack, when Ramsey did on the public beat down. Consequently, the staple is confronting Ramsey because he was full of intention and the company’s future.

What was your impression /opinion regarding the CEO, Mr. Ramsey and why was he appointed vice president briefly explain 

I believe that the CEO is one the right track to improve business performance. Ramsey applies demand analysis and Forecasting. In the movie, the owner Mr. Ramsey and The newly recruited Mr. Fred are showing concern about the company’s place intention and expectation in the future. The management is capable of getting an idea of how the executive, managerial individuals are estimating the productivity of the company in the future; they work towards filling the demand in the future. This was a wrong impression to the entire company, and the old Briggs, he had worked for some time, and despite his age e was a close friend to Ramsey and understood how the company worked. It was right if he could give some more time to keep his role in the business, the decision to end his work resulted in a heart attack, and he passed away.
