Introduction

The topic under research was chosen based on the availability of information and cases that explicated incidences where most of the African children mainly the girls found themselves as wives at a very early age bracket in the African society upbringing. With the marriages happening not due to their wish but force created by circumstances where this was found to be the only and lasting solution that was going to reduce the burden at the family unit in terms of the provision of necessities. Marriage to the children would ensure that the number of dependents is foregone, for instance, in the provision of food and shelter. This was unbearable since the achievement of the obligations is hard due to the lack of means of raising the income to meet such expenditures (Santelli et al. 2017).

Education chance

Through the adoption of the education systems by the African society poses as the eye-opener and the most convenient method that will ensure the illiteracy problem that is raging away, the African community will be settled in a long term solution. This is achieved by the creation of the enlightenment of the learners from the skills acquired in the education program on the opportunities that are prevalent in the learned group. For instance, the availability of white color jobs and the establishment of the entrepreneurial skills that are crucial components in the development of private business entities and organizations. Due to the availability of the management skills that are acquired in the education system, thus aiding in the creation of sources of income that are vital in the assurance of a source for catering for the basic needs.

The opportunity helps the government accomplishing its mission on the war of fighting illiteracy. Through the establishment of learning institutions that are a tool for driving away from the illiteracy menace prevailing to its citizens (Madut, 2019). Through the advocacy project, emphasis creation of relevance in the education sector will be an essential tool in helping out the African child get the insights of their rights and freedom. As well as the correct measures and procedures that they are to adopt in ensuring that they demand the reasons that they feel have been violated.

Economic chance

Africa is one of the continents that are rich in raw materials, which are less or not utilized through the advocacy project the team should be at a position of convincing investors on the potential opportunities that await them in the continent. By investors identifying and settling on the development of industries and other organizations in the continent will act as the expected remedy that will tackle the menace of unemployment that is eating away all the necessities of human living. Africans will be in a position to acquire jobs ranging from casual workers to skilled ones. Thus creating a source of income that they use in meeting the basic needs and using the surplus on investing in their children instead of indulging them in early marriages. Such steps will ensure that the child marriages are foregone, and the African child resumes their usual living standards and expectation, i.e., access to education and care, which is in line with the expectations of the advocacy policy. (Hudson, 2000).

Goal setting

African have been victims of the early marriages experiences to their children which has been attributed to by the following prevailing conditions and factors;

The absence of better education systems has been the chief encourager of the early marriages experienced. This has obliged the children from advocating for their rights due to the lack of know-how.

The topic of African marriages is one of the broad issues in the African upbringing that has to be discussed and handled in a broad perspective where the decisions at the individual level have to be respected and not questioned.

For the realization of the advocacy policy of doing away with the marriage of the children in the African community the following procedure of doing away with the addressed problem has to be raised; where there need to be the creation of reforms in the education programs inclusive of the insisting and explaining to the parents the importance of the girls attending schools rather than being married. This contributes to the unison in society as every individual feels appreciated and valued. It is nourishing the economic status of the countries due to the availability of raw materials and the booster from the investors in delivering machinery for the establishment of industries. This will be the solution of ending the early African marriages and the creation of a society that is accommodative and relevant to the outside world (Faggian, Partridge & Malecki, 2017).

Strategies for setting the message and achievement of the goals

The advocacy policy program will derive its context from the rising scenes in the African community. Where the theme will address the absence of quality education that has led to the contribution of children marriages in the continent since the immemorial reign, as well as the attainment of low education standards that has challenged the girls to drop out of schools.

The message to be delivered by the advocacy project will mainly focus on the leaders in the society as they are the go-ahead givers for the girls to be forcefully married to the wealthy and older men in the community. It is also vital for the message to reach the community. It has to be channeled through the leaders as they are the enforcers of good morals, and it is through them that the plan of unity and prosperity will be achieved.

The project theme also targets other human rights advocacy groups and non-governmental institutions, as well as law enforcement agencies. The role played by the groups by interacting with the people in the African environment, are useful in the realization of the urgency for doing away with the marriages in the African community. Through the message, there will be the creation of the need for the society to embrace advances brought by education as a breakthrough to the assurance of prosperity in the economic state for the community. Where the project objective to show the relevance and the light that education has guaranteed the developed countries by embracing learning (Hudson, 2000).

The inclusion of the clergy by the use of written materials and usage of the internet in the spread of the gospel on the benefits of education in the society will help in condemning the cases of early marriages in the community.

Team building for Performance evaluation

The advocacy project is focused on the realization of the no early child marriages in the African society, which is done through the selection of a committee that has been charged with various responsibilities that will ensure that the objective of the group is met. Thus it is achievable through execution of the following supervision; the committee that has been formed should be consistent with persons with knowledge and experience from the previous implementation of such a project on advocating for the reduction of early child marriages in an earlier campaign before this one. The team will divide itself into sections such that there will be a team that will be focused on publications and focusing on the social media publications on the campaign to fight out the menace in the Africa community. This team will be concerned with the creation of vibrancy on the relevance of the project and thus increasing the motivation and advocacy from the followers on social media platforms (Madut, 2019).

Assembling of all requirements for the project

In this step, the project will create the checklist that will review all the steps in the project from the first to the last from where it will align all the activities in the project relating to the objectives and standards that have laid out. The timeline of the schedule will be raised to ensure that the time factor is observed all along with the operations (Jackson, & Perkins, 2008).

Conclusion

It is through the advocacy program that the awareness and the relevance for the urge of education to the African children will be realized and the only pillar to the elimination of early child marriages hindering the education progress. It is through the provision of the benefits that education will foster to the learners through the creation of economic opportunities worldwide, which will help the realization of the goals of the advocacy program in the African states. This will be accomplished by the programs intensively utilizing the resources that are available for the creation of the influence that will change the mindset of the majority on the perception of early marriages in African society. One of the resources that the program will be reliant on is the utilization of the team that it has in the assignation of duties and oversee how the Performance will be conducted entirely through the project.
