Hello,
Thank you for posting such an educative yet engaging post about medical social work. I found your post to be insightful, especially the definitions of technical terms, which ensured everyone understands the meanings as used in the medical profession. I must admit that your discussion from watching the three videos is quite exemplary. Not only is it important to respect the opinions of medical workers, but it also should be included in care planning for the patients (Bartlett, 2019). According to Tubman (2018), a social worker’s role is to assist patients facing different problems and also connect them to the necessary resources for the best medical care. However, I feel that you did not expound your research fully on the stereotype surrounding medical social work. Do you have any stereotype about medical social work other than in your field agency? All in all, I agree with you that medical social workers have a variety of duties to perform other than being called a “baby snatcher.” Don't use plagiarised sources.Get your custom essay just from $11/page
