Embracing teamwork
The company is usually formed with the primary objective of generating sufficient outputs and to meet the shareholder’s expectations. The realization of these objectives requires the existence of effective management and internal controls. These activities are integral since they contribute towards the attainment of the organization’s strategic goal in the competitive hence enabling the company to flourish as a going concern in the competitive environment (Bruning & Campion, 2019). As an intern have been establishing a lucid plan for all assigned roles. This has enabled me to meet the business requirement within the stipulated time frame. This has resulted in an improvement in the overall organization performance in the competitive environment. As an intern, I have embraced the principle of accountability and responsibility to ensure that I work within the stipulated deadline established by the organizations. Embracing teamwork has to be an integral strategy that I have embraced to aid in meeting the company’s expectations. Teamwork contributes towards the realization of the organization’s objective within the stipulated time, thus enabling the organization to flourish in the ever-changing environment. As an intern, I will contribute towards the implementation of growth intensive strategies and generic strategy by the company. These strategies are essential since they contribute towards the improvement of the organization’s performance in the competitive environment. The strategies will include product differentiation, cost leadership, and market development strategies. These strategies are essential since the source of competitive edge for the organization, and they usually enable the organization to survive the stiff competition in the marketplace (Farndale & Park, 2017). The management of the organization should hence strive towards attaining the organization’s expectation in the competitive environment.

The organization is required to embrace the best strategies to survive in a competitive environment. The organization hence is required to capitalize on interns to aid in attaining strategic goals. The interns should be aggressive and ambitious while executing their internship roles. The interns also should strive hard to aid in attaining the organization’s objective through active participation in policy and strategy formulation for the organization.
