Employees with low morale
Having failed to appear in the top 100 organizations for the last five year, employees may develop low morale rate with adverse effects such as high turnover rates which apart from being inconvenient, it causes an increased rate of expenditures. Moreover, reduced engagement can result in high levels of absenteeism apart from a rise in the cases of compensation claims.
In ensuring that the Human Resource reduces the adverse impact, he should ensure that employee has the right infrastructure to accomplish their work. Again, providing personalized attention and training would foster a continuous development apart from showing that the company values its employees (Schawbel, 2012). Getting social and listening to the workforce makes them content with the company, and this would eventually lead to the controlled adverse impact of the unsuccessful scenario of the college (Lytle, 2016).
