English language learners refer to the students from non-English speaking places and students learning English. Although many students have progressed in communication skills in English, still some struggle with the English language.  Such kind of struggles makes instruction in the classroom challenging, and it needs some modification to improvement in the English language.

Reflection 1

Most focus in America is one the needs of the English language to different people from different backgrounds. However, several students are from homes where their language is different from English. Most of such students are from families with low incomes and inferior formal education. Its, therefore, for the English language, it is taught in schools to enable students to adopt the necessary skills for boosting the economy. The economy can only be developed when essential skills are imparted to the people who are required to work and make the economy better. English language not taught to the children but also the refuges and emigrants tend to be anxious about the language. Teachers, therefore, make sure the environment they offer to them is conduciveandcomfortable for learning. Main tactics are applied by the teachers to fix them effectively; the English language not started from anywhere but from step to step till they become thoroughly familiar with the language.

The United States adopted various families from the undeveloped countries to make them acquirethe necessary skills. Their kids were presented and exposed to significant ways to help them learn best for themselves. However, the financial issues brought issues, especially for kids from families with severe poverty issues.  Such kinds of students are unbaled to report to schools as required since some of them have responsibilities at home. Therefore, in-classroom teachers end up facing difficulties. Children from poor backgrounds are less likely to have the necessary skills compared to those from well-off families. Kids from poverty-stricken surroundings might encounter struggles lie physical health problems, which makes them not participate well in classrooms. Therefore, poverty affects not only the kids from low-income families butalso teachers face a hard time in the school, and at long last, the economic growth is concerned.

English Language Learners face challenges in different situation which can’t be analyzed all but few of them have been mentioned and necessary remedies. However, schools should learn about effective procedures that should be applied to make learning effective. Using the methods effectively makes it easy to minimize the challenges that are encountered. Standardized are systems are among the procedures which have been applied to make ELL useful and beneficial. The methods make learned to know about various ways that they can practice to love language and apply them accordingly. The procedures are as well crucial since they help to know if the teachers are using the right ways to teach. Necessary modification can be applied if the methods employed by the teachers are not sufficient to offer the best. Other methods that can be used to improve ELL include incorporating technology, learning cultures, and providing necessary training to the teaches.

Conclusion

English language learning is widely explicitly applied to improve economic status. When students are familiar with the language,they can use the skills in different places of work. However, learning the language not easy since there are obstacles on the way. The challenges face both teachers and students. However, the problems can be copied by necessary applied remedies. Although the barriers are a must in teaching even other languages, solutions can help in improving something.
