Enhancing Learning

As a teacher, there is something that I have learned over the years. One of the critical things is that one needs to come up with interactive sessions. It is not often right for the teacher to keep on using the old methods in teachings. The class will be boring, and the students will not follow what you are saying. Technology has advanced, and there is a need to come up with a new learning system that is in line with advanced technology (Kagan, 2009). In this case, I have decided that I will enhance an original method with my preschool class to improve their development.  The resources, in this case, will be used to bring about equity among the children. The children will learn how to share and work with each other.  Children that are brought up in the right manner are likely to develop hence creating a better relationship with each other and advancing in their grades.

The source that I have chosen is all about equity. It will help enhance children from ages 3 to 5 who are still in their development stage. It will improve their conversation, which will result in creating an engaging environment where the children will be comfortable with each other at all times.  The other thing is that the teacher also develops some of the key ways on how to understand their behavior and empathy. The teachers need first to know how they interact and relate with the children to understand the children (Subrahmanyan & Bozonie, 1996).

The book contains several interesting sources, including how the teacher can create a better equitable classroom, learning how to support black boys. The source also includes how the teacher can engage with different families and, finally, how the teacher can create activism, identity, and create fairness in the classroom.
