Evaluating my Goals
Write 3 paragraphs explaining whether you believe that you successfully achieved your goals or not. To evaluate whether or not you have achieved your goals, you should be considering whether or not you were specific enough in the details that you set in your goals. You should also be considering whether or not you were able to stay focused. • If you did not achieve your goals, think about whether the goals were relevant, detailed enough, or even important to you for the 4 months of your placement. My goals were: 1. Goal #1 Preparing inbound/outbound manifest for truck drivers (independently). I achieved it. (I was planning to apply and register for 13 weeks program course online, where I will complete the course within 4 months online but from my classmates, I knew that due to I finished this course in my college I don’t need to take the online course I can go to the test directly when I want, so I decided to finish a book (CIFFA) and go to the exam. Now, I’m working on it. I’m learning 2 Chapters every day). 3. Goal #3 Get the job as an International Freight Forwarder Coordinator. I didn’t achieve it. Maybe I need to change specific details for my goal.
