every animal and pet has a story
Did you know that every animal and pet has a story, and we can learn more about humanity through stories of our animals? Most people do not understand that there is no difference between animals. They can help us learn more about ourselves through their stories.
But how is this possible?
I will help you understand this through Jody’s story from when she was a child. They had a dog called Sam. When she was born, her mum should feel the connection between the dog and Jody immediately she came home from the hospital. The dog could follow her mum around anywhere she could take Jody.
Jody’s dad sometimes worked a night shift, and she could be afraid to leave little Jody in her coat or even walk to and from the bathroom. But, Sam was always on the lookout and had his bed near Jodi’s coat. The only time he could leave Jody’s room is when he was taking her mother to the bathroom.
This story helps bring awareness of what kindness is and how it can make a difference in other people’s lives. If Sam can practice kindness, why can’t we do the same to others?
Here is another story from Jody’s teenagehood that can help you learn about gratitude.
When Jody was a teenager, she was in a car and going down the road. She spotted a bird flying up and down the road endangering its life from being hit by a car. As they went closer, she realized that there was another dead bird on the road. On seeing this, she learned the power of gratitude and being grateful for what we have in life.
When you look at your life, is there somewhere animals have impacted your life? Have they in any way helped you connect to humanity? Today, most people have pets in their homes.
Some employers allow pets in their offices because they bring along teamwork, productivity, decrease stress, increases proactiveness, and allow employees to feel grateful for having fur friends in their work environment.
We would love to invite you to share how pets have impacted your life so we can be the voice of the animals and share them across the world.
