The ontological statement is amongst the most compelling reasons for the presence of a perfect Creator. Although there are several various versions of the claim, both appear to demonstrate that denying that there is the best possible being is conscience-contradictory. Therefore, it is an underlying reality on this particular line of reasoning that this living being exists; and that this being who is the one true God. It’s worth trying to find the meaning of God to answer if he exists. But also this brings in the discussion as to why he allows evil to happen in the world, and if it’s for a greater purpose or if there is more to it. Despite there being arguments with people with arguing against Gods existence or for it; there are many types of reasoning’s and arguments to prove Gods existence. Moreover, if the ontological claims prevail, presuming that God does not exist is just as much a paradox as alleging about other allegations.

The degree to which we obviously know and accept the divine essence; the dynamic reality of the will and its role in voluntary choice; the interplay of individual will and behaviour and spiritual grace; the principle of peace and justice; the existence and source of values and addictions; the presence of sin as universality or deprivation; and the state and consequences of atonement.

Before arguing about the existence of the one true God, we need to discuss the concept of understanding him. First, we now the one true God we are talking about is the Biblical God who made everything through ex-nihlo. A definition of understanding God was created by theist Philosopher Anselm. The definition over all talks and describes that God is the most powerful being of all and that nothing is even greater than God himself. To support this definition we had to dig down more understanding about God. One idea is many people assume that yes, God is the greatest being of all due to what the religion they follow teaches them. The Anselmian definition also has the concept that God has attributes such as omniscience, omnipotent, and etc. To further prove thus this point is that in the Bible, God created everything out of his breath; Him speaking and creating everything for his purpose shows the immense power of God. This can also prove that we can derive God’s attributes by definition, but also biblically.

This is a philosophical truths of the Cosmological argument explains that God is a necessary being that exists and that we could ever imagine. And that because we as humans because he exists in our minds then we see him as a supernatural powerful being that must exist.

The entity that resides throughout the imagination as a concept and, in fact, is better than such a being occurs only as a concept in the thought, all things are equal. Therefore, if God does exist throughout the subconscious as just a thought, then we should imagine anything better than God, that is, the best possible being which would exist. The Cosmological arguments explains that human beings are made for a reason solely to prove that they have an existence by being created by something of higher existence.

One of the many opposing arguments of the Cosmological argument would be that of the Atheist. They view the Cosmological argument overall arbitrary because it does not give a full explanation on contingent beings and their existance. Some atheists even argue that overall Cosmological argument does not prove that God necessarily exist.  They even say the Cosmological view about the world and how it is necessary, which then can lead to other views such as believing there is no higher being and we exist solely because we just do. In other words the world is just is which means it always has existed it was never created. All that matters is the world that is our answer for anything to prove existence.

In response to the question of evil, a number of claims are given, and several arguments were used in both theodicies and defenses. One theory, identified as the protection of free will, argues that evil is created by people, and by God, these people who create evil have the freedom to choose evil if they are to be regarded as having free will. This approach presumes that human beings are still innocent, and it does not rely on inevitable evil, except for the degree that social activities such as envy or carelessness exacerbate the latter. This means that nothing can help someone from the outside to have free will not even God can make a person do what is right or just. Some believe that free will was created by God so that we would make a moral choice between good and evil.

As Christians we learned that we are born into a sinful world as sinners. In my Christian schools,  I later learned further of the problem of evil. Many people both believers and non-believers questions if God is really an Almighty powerful God, why does he allow sin (evil) such as cancer, murder, and etc. to happen. To further explain why there is a problem called evil we must discuss theodicy and defence. Given the name theodicy is a way of to explain why God allows evil in the world. A defence goes the opposite way and does give any information as to why God allows such evil to happen on a daily basis. Because we have evil in this world; many Philosophers or thinkers decided to call them moral and natural.  Moral overall is saying evil allows human suffering as for natural explains why we have natural disasters and health issues.

A principle that explains why God allows evil is because it’s for the greater good (the greater your principle). If you are a Christian you learn in Sunday school or if you went to a private Christian your whole life you learned about why God allows evil such as suffering. Well the Christian answer is that God is testing us daily. As sinner we have to face through many hard things but it’s all part of Gods purpose for us. One theodicy that teaches about God with allowing suffering evil, is the Free Will theodicy.

Humans are imperfect and do not always make correct choices or decisions. Why so ,such suffering, and pain it has to do with our feelings or emotions that God created, if God did not give us emotions or feelings we would not have evil  but for free will would not be taken away. This has the belief that God created these imperfections but God wants us to willing decide good over evil. Christian say we experience suffering because of the Original Sin (Adam & Eve) with their sin of what they did.  And because of this we are being punished with for Adam and Eve whom did not obey God. Thus causing sin to enter the world.

I learned overall, the free-will theodicy gives humanity a free will to do as they please. So in other words you can choose a different path for your life as to what you please. God overall allows us to have free will, we are not machines we can simply make our decision as to what we want to do in our lives.

Those who argue against God or the problem of evil is if God is really all good yet powerful then why does he allow this all to happen, can’t he just not create evil? The people argue against God usually do so because of evil or suffering they have to face or they do not even know him all that well. Despite that possibly being a fact, people reject God being powerful due to constant evil in the world. God could have stopped sin and evil from the world, he could have stopped Satan and etc. Therefore, people came to the conclusion God is weak and not all that good.

With free theodicy it comes to several blockades to it problems that are not fully answered. First off the theodicy does not give on a full explanation as to why we have exactly natural evil (which is natural disaster and diseases). Some people look back to the Bible and suggest that the Fall is the result of sin such as natural evil to happen. Another point can be why then does God allow Satan to continue to cause disaster on his creation. Another huge issue the free will theodicy is with moral evil. In words if God is as powerful as people say couldn’t we have stopped World Hunger, wars, murders, and suffering between his human creations. Another issue can be that of the lack of knowledge of God. One issue is there are many other religions where you know more about Gods, and etc. However, with the Biblical God we do not have full knowledge of him which make it extremely hard for humanity to love him at all.

The free will theodicy also seems to lack to acknowledge that we live on the sinful world of earth. With humanity having ties with sin can affect our choices of free will and provide tension in a sense with decision making.
