Failure to avail in project activities
Dear friend,
Our group members have been complaining since your not giving your support in our project in any way. Based on the group’s rules and regulations, it’s a mandate of the members to make the project work successful, and since you are one of our colleagues, that’s why i have been requested to write the mail to you and find the way forward to resolve the issue.
It has been found that you were an active member considering your past group attendance, and that’s why we are humbly requesting you consider us. Not only as a group member but also as your close friends, so as in case you have any issue stressing you, we can handle it as a group, and we are of assistance on that issue.
There may be indifferences that arises in our group, in that you may find that there are those that have the technical abilities while others are not. We have different gifts, and one’s ability should not withdraw your self-esteem since when we are in a group, we are meant to be as a team, and we should share ideas to make the project work.
Previously we were limiting some members to give their ideas. However, based on our members’ opinions, we came up with the strategies to enable every member to participate in our project. This kind of selfishness may have made you withdraw from the active group participation. I apologize for that on behalf of the group.
Every member will always have the authority and power to address any issue that one may find it bringing the conflict in our group. In case you have any problem that you had foreseen in our group, feel free to speak it out, and we will find a way to solve it.
I am humbly requesting you to resume your active participation in our group project and bring a thorough contribution that will help in our project success. Let us work as a team to enhance good performance in our project and eliminate any conflict that may arise in our group.
