Current status of functioning/levels of development
- Family strengths, resources, priorities, and concerns related to enhancing the overall development of their child. Review the routines and daily activities discussed during the intake interview.
Katrina is 8 years old. She is the third born in the family of Joe. She was born 15 weeks early and she weighed less than 2 pounds at the time of birth. Due to her extreme immaturity she suffered from many extreme complications such as FASD, autism and ADHD. She also has colostomy which has been caused by chronic constipation. Her parents play a major role by supporting her unconditionally. Katrina has been given special attention by her parents. They interact with her most of the time through one on one so that they may know if a need may arise to change her normal routine. Her room has been pampered with more toys and she has been enrolled in several physical activities like swimming and playing golf.

Katrina is a healthy child and due to compilation she has to visit the hospital regularly for checkup even is not for treatment. She is has a big challenge in school because of colostomy. Katrina is a good listener and follows to instruction to the later and this value has helped her a lot in school considering her medical condition.

- Already can: Katrina is performing well in school considering her medical condition even better than her brother who attends school without missing classes like her. She is good in both spoken and written words though she stammers. She understands every action or deed.
- Is beginning to: Katrina is a creative child. She is currently able to design several items such as house and a car.
- The next skills: Katrina is trying to make new friends though she is not social due to her medical condition.
