Crimes can be committed due to prejudices of race, religion sexual orientation, gender, or other reasons are hate motivated (Fernandez, J. M. (1991). The majority of those who commit crimes include individuals; they comprise males in late teen age. Most of these are at risk youth they have no support from the family environment. Targets and victims of this crime are non-white races. The young white males commit the majority of the offenses. Racial bias is major hate crimes in the U.S. followed by Religious bias sexual orientation, and then bias against a specific ethnic group.
The causes and effects of hate crimes vary. Homophobia cause hates crime. It has been catalyzed by jokes, movies, marriage bans for same-sex couples and other forms of discrimination. Punishment for a hate crime also causes hate crime. A majority of the victims do not receive physical harm they have emotional distress. Anger, directed at the perpetrator and then fear is what the victim suffers.

Results and findings
This research was on hate crime it was aimed to show how hate crime is related to race, ethnicity or social change .During the research most of the respondents of our questions were the victims of hate crime .They assisted us to get the motives of this crime, the targeted people who are most likely to be affected by the offence We were able to learn from our respondents the main causes of hate crime in the society .From the respondents attitude and reactions towards the hate crime we learned a lesson on how we the crime is so much common and therefore it needs urgent response by everyone in order to overcome it.
Hate crimes are committed due to prejudices of race for instance according to the response of the residents majority of the people who suffer from this are the Africa American ,the black , religion, sexual orientation, gender, or other reasons are hate motivated. The majority of those who commit crimes include individuals; they comprise males in late teen age and some young ladies. Most of those involve in this crime are at risk, since they comprise of the youth who have no support from the family environment. Targets and victims of this crime are non-white races. The white Americans discriminate the black and other people such as immigrants (Fernandez, J. M. (1991). From the research we were informed that the young white males commit the majority of the offenses. Racial bias is major hate crimes in the U.S. followed by Religious bias, sexual orientation, and then bias against a specific ethnic group.
During the research it was evident that hate Incidents involve physical assault, bullying based on race Consider an incidence like masculinity turn which is a male pattern have begun to explore the reproduction and creation of male identities in distinct criminal activities and problematized the disparate involvement of men in crime generally(Glase et al 2002)., harassment of the people from different ethnic group or from different nation, verbal abuse and insults this was common in teens and the middle age group whereby by they gave hatred speech and communication to the people who are not Americans by birth, offensive graffiti or even hate emails were sent to people from different races.
From the research we can conclude that hate crime brings forth aspects of social change due to the distinct perception of a particular group of different persons. Displacement and expulsion of communities by other communities especially a dominant one creates a rift in the social aspect of life in a manner such that no more social cohesion. This is a harm to the society and can bring forth a society that is characterized with conflicts and disagreements .To overcome these people should be educated through mass media, seminars on the impacts of racism to the community. Meanwhile the government should come up with laws and regulations to punish those involved in such crimes. The government should also rehabilitate crime offenders and teach them how to relate with the fellow citizens in the community.
From the journal and magazines of America .We found that In USA several hate crimes have been reported the women and the aged in the society also brought this issue that there have been hate crimes daily in USA (Glase et al 2002). According to The FBI crime statistic report approximately 8152 hate crimes were there last year. These hate crimes were being associated with different areas. Accordingly 53.6% of them were crimes of racial bias motivated we had hate crime based on race as discussed. The religion sector also is faced with this crime from the research 18% of the crime was religious bias-motivated people belonged to different religions e.g. the religious leaders said that those who were not from Christian religion mostly the Judaism were affected by the crime. Sexual orientation bias was almost 16.3% of the offense in the report the people committed crime to those of opposite sex for instance the respondent men ,said that the females practice hate crime more than themselves(Glase et al 2002) .The ethnicity bias was causing 11.4%,the hate crime from the research comes from a certain ethnicity whereby a person who does not belong to the specific ethnic group were not considered and not respected and the people with disability were seen as rejects in the community and nobody was concerned about them and multiple preferences are making the remaining percentage.
Recommendation
On hate crime, many related demerits can arise. This negative impacts are barrier of success in the community .Crime is a sign of lack of unity and poor interpersonal relation in the society (Glase et al 2002).The people involved in such crime activities are seen as those who have lost focus in life and the immediate action should therefore be taken by the relevant authorities to save the remaining pert of their life and also remove their perception towards other people in the society. Hence, there is a need for control of such cases this means that we need to look for control measures to crime so as to achieve our dreams in life. ( Fernandez, J. M. (1991)The police inclusion to fight over hate crime can work well in supporting the efforts of minimizing crime cases and incidences in US, but most important are self-abstinence, individual mostly those who can easily fall under this habit of crime, have to quit activities related to those prejudice biased activities leading to hate crimes. It is self-responsibility of equal treatment and regardless of the grounds on which hate crime manifests.
Generally from the research we found that hate crime exist in US .Several factors contribute to the this crime (Glase et al 2002).The targeted victims should get to aware of the same and use the appropriate methods to escape from the people who cause this crime from the findings we also learn that hate crime is like any other social problem in the society and it is characterized with racism .Racism is common in other areas such as in courts, employment and also in politics. The best world population should be educated on racism and benefits of being friendly to all in the world without considering their origin age or gender .This will transform the world and eventually there will be peaceful live without color discrimination, crimes and violence.
