Having values while dealing
Over time there has been a loss of value in the people. Life is not always about growing old; life is about being good people and promoting the value of other people. The behavior of the person is what defines the actual value of the person (Bolwell, 2019). People must embrace values at all levels-either in leadership or subordinates. It’s because our values are what will determine our trues values. Surprisingly, many people talk about the benefits that they only think that they possessed.
The authors say that the primary value of a person is self-love. Self –love is vital since at all levels of interactions since it will enable us to look forward to an action or something that is above us. The value can be a good character or an acceptable moral code (Bolwell, 2019). The value can be being sympathetic about a patient. The golden rule about is to ensure that action is satisfactory. However, classifying a value as good or bad requires wisdom since good values are rare and bad values are emotional driven (Bolwell, 2019). Consequently, few people are driven by good values while a large population do good things since emotional values drive them
Discussion
The article talks about having values while dealing with other people. I feel that values are the right things that we can employ while dealing with other people. The people must attain self-love for them to focus on better things. In the summer of last year, we developed a program that we would skip lunch and save money for charity. At the end of the semester, we donated the money to children’s homes in Chicago. We underwent self-love and aimed for something more significant, like helping the needy. Typically, the house depends on well-wishers and the funds that cause the needs to lack necessities.
In Isaiah 1:7 (King James Version, 2008) the Bible says “Learn to do what is good. Seek justice. Correct the oppressor. Defend the rights of the fatherless. Plead the widow’s cause.” The Bible says that earning values take time. It tells people to learn to do well and then do the right thing when dealing with other people. Emotions should not drive people for them to do things well. The people be guided by values to protect the fatherless- the weak.
