- What do you immediately notice about the dynamics of the team?
The team is not cooperative, forgetting that a project can never be successful when they are not united. The team also lacks coordination, and no one is ready to be accountable for the outcomes of their actions.
- Who had the most authority?
The physicians had most authority in that they want to push most of the work to the nurses, and when it is impossible for the latter to handle all the tasks, they neglect the project and decides to deal with preventive measures only.
- Why was this team ineffective in accomplishing its goals?
Everybody wants to do what is easy for them and leave the rest for others to do. The physicians, to be precise, want the nurses to be responsible for everything, thus increasing their workload to the extent that it becomes unmanageable.
- What could the team members have done differently to collaborate more effectively?
Every member of the team should need to be assigned a specific task so that everyone was responsible for his/her failure. This could have enabled them to get to know where the main problem was.
- How might a variety in factors such as employment background, education, and experience working in a health care setting contribute both positively and negatively to team dynamics among health care professionals?
Employment background and individuals’ working experience are key determinants of one’s contribution to providing quality health care services. Education, on the other hand, contributes to essential skills such as teamwork and communication, which enables collaboration hence increasing efficiency in that there are minimal errors and the patients’ satisfaction (Morley & Cashell, 2017).

Several traits make humans, like having emotions and thinking good for others. The fear of the Lord among the major factor that makes the human character different from other beings due to the belief that God watches their actions (Johnson, 2016).
- What is the Christian concept of the imago Dei? How might it be relevant to health care, and why is it important?
Christianity teaches us that human beings were created in the image and likeness of God; thus they are unique and more valuable than other beings (Pilkington, 2017). Therefore, health care needs to uphold and respect this concept since the life of humans depends much on health care.
