Healthcare Partnerships
A partnership is an interaction between individuals and entities for a common goal. For an effective and prosperous partnership, there must exist certain vital elements. There should be a shared vision, and the partners should be oriented towards leadership by exhibiting a strong sense of willingness and paying close attention to their relationship with others. Their resources should be adequate in terms of funds, and the competency to develop, weigh, and overview approaches for system designs. Overall, the motive of a healthcare partnership is responding appropriately to the needs of the resident by conducting promotions, support, elimination, and rehabilitation processes. To achieve the processes, a coherent and distinct relationship is recommended that majors in communication, collaboration, and coordination. Furthermore, the government and insurance plan is a prerequisite to facilitate an easy process. The present paper will discuss the formation, stakeholders, and mission of a specific disaster readiness program. Lastly, it will highlight ways of strengthening the program.

Formed and Stakeholders
The program is a joint venture of Deacon Board of Amity Missionary Baptist Church, head Deacon Michael McCorvey, Sr. and I. The joint venture, or multisectoral, was validated through a written agreement between the three parties.
Apart from our partnership, the principal parties that will play a significant role in the disaster management plan are the communities, media, scientific groups, regional government, and institutions. Concerning the communities, the most vulnerable individuals will form a significant portion. With their knowledge offering great insights to the system designs. The media community will help in the timely dissemination of warnings to the general population, whereas the scientists will provide expert technical input in the analysis and design of the systems. The government is actively involved to ensure that frameworks and policies are in place that fosters early warning. Funding will be provided by USAID and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency’s Overseas Humanitarian, Disaster, and Civic Aid.
Mission
The program aims to improve the level of preparedness and reinforce the regional and national organizations by ensuring that policies, systems, standard operating procedures, disaster response teams, and key stakeholders are in place. Additionally, the Amity Missionary Baptist Church will offer shelter to individuals residing in mobile homes during stormy conditions.
Improve
According to the Center for Disease Control and Management, nine elements strengthen health-related community partnerships. They include creating decision-making practices such as seeking shared values, establishing ground rules and building trust and motivating the partners to intensify their commitment. The members of the partnership should recruit individuals or parties that have a leadership trait and encourage the diversity of size and value.
