How effective communication occurs
Since an early age, I have been wondering why so many misunderstandings arise from communications and which, in most circumstances, cause conflicts. However, with a reading of the topic, this has come so much clear of the happening which tends to occur. The best thing I noted from the particular topic is that every instance one interacts with another person, four factors in which they are cumulative are much involved; they include; attitudes towards people or groups, observations and assumptions, conclusions and judgments and finally verbal and nonverbal action.
I agree with the process of communication, which much it is considered to be grounded by an individual’s attitudes towards a group of people or rather an individual. The act of trust or suspicion plays an important role in the first attitude, in which some individuals are really ready to share ideas with others, or others is much motivated by the dominance, which tends to occur.
However, it is very much true in saying the attitudes can change later with the base of the relationship that is created upon them, and this has been shown to occur in real life. This is particularly more with strangers than with the family. It is also on a true note that there are different interactions that are placed upon different genders, where individuals tend to communicate differently with the same gender as compared with the opposite gender. Also, it is much true that the observations on another person shape the communication between people. IT is not often said not to be judgmental but rather, but rather in communication, there are some beliefs that are seen to be much employed to enhance the process in order.
In conclusion, this process is seen to be much effective in every day of life and in every part of the communication.
