Mutations are known to occur to our human living cells from time to time. This is how human cells grow and change. Most of the mutations that take place are harmless; some of them are beneficial to human bodies. Modification of human cells is what leads to diseases such as cancer that causes human suffering. Additionally, conditions like cycle cell anemia that limit human life could be eliminated. One of the ways that mutations can be eliminated according to REF is by marrying members of a different family that does not have such defects. In essence, this makes sure that the particular gene like the cycle cell anemia or Albinism is not passed down to the other generations. Some of the different ways to prevent gene mutations are by regular exercise, following a healthy diet, and by regularly checking for specific genes that can help in diagnosis and treatment.
