Hiring a new manager can help to connect with the right candidates for a particular job. Managers can be crucial in presenting both positive and negative aspects of a specific task. The rate at which nurses are leaving the hospitals, in this case, seems to be high and poses a challenge to the hospital management.Thus training is an excellent approach to use in this case to prevent further nurses turnover. Training will reduce nurse turnover in that it helps in career development. With training, nurses will develop career paths. Thus be able to see the relationship between the new concepts learned and their effect on future job opportunities, therefore, will make them stay.
Question 4:How could hospitals work to reduce work-related injuries among nurses? Explain.
Injuries are among the challenges faced by nurses while they carry out their responsibilities. Thus hospitals can reduce the casualties by ensuring strong leadership in hospitals. Strong leadership will ensure workers are accountable in their work and thus reduce minor reduces. Moreover, the hospital can reduce the injuries by continuing to run its training programs to all workers, whether new or continuing. Training programs will reduce injuries by ensuring nurses have the appropriate knowledge to do their work.
