The representative provided sufficient, appropriate, and substantiated options, which gave me confidence and trust in the representative and the company at large. On the other hand, one bad experience I have encountered entails having to wait for long for the proper verification to be made. It took longer than expected and almost made me lose my patience. However, by considering the information provided, I believed the company would give the best. Primarily quality of service offered by a company is vital as it determines the repeat of customers and obtaining new ones through referrals from satisfied clients.
