As per my arguments, I reported that lack of morale among employees at the packaging department was a contributing factor towards the poor productivity at the company. The article as well elaborates on accommodating the employees by the managers where I highlighted on the team management.
The most important aspect of the article has been highlighted in the methodology and research section. The paper has applied the correlation and descriptive research design with the target population of 120 participants. Questionnaires were administered to the employees from different organizations such as mini-supermarkets, petrol stations, among others. Under discussion, the paper explains that most employees were committed when it came to their matters and interests.
