Other than children using their I pads for watching and playing video, there are different ways which they can apply to benefit in other essential areas. Today, one of the biggest problems in our classes is motivating and keeping our children (Net generation) engaged fully for learning. Our children today are living in a world of technology that may make life complex. As a result, they may get bored due to the lack of tutors who engage them in new learning techniques. Watching video games in the I pads also have been identified to cause boredom to children. There are important programs that our children can be engaged in using their I pads which can help them learn new techniques. These programs are installed in I pads, which are both entertaining and educational.
These programs or applications in I pads are suited to help children who are nine years old. Different children have different characters and personalities hence respond differently towards things they see. The personality and characters children possess concerning their field of interest. How they grow is determined by the interactions they engage in with the people around them. These are the most crucial stage of children’s growth, and parents should use significant ideas about physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development when interacting with them.
This program can also be used by parents and teachers when they are interacting or teaching the children on essential aspects. Art teachers can be used to teach children how to use the program while in school for learning purposes. Parents, on the other hand, should utilize their time at home teaching them and encouraging them to use I pads for educational purposes. Through the continuous practice of the program used in both at home and school will help children learn more. The program to be used is about coronavirus. This application will help to create awareness about the disease, which is currently an outbreak. Besides, the kids will receive medical kits composed of hand gloves, face mask, and detol.
This application program will face a lot of competition from other video programs that are used by children mostly. Children have used video games for entertainment purposes, creating an addiction. The disadvantage of it is that there is no educational experience in it, unlike my program, which combines both education and entertainment to help in the growth of children. The application will be of much importance to children in performing research while both at home and school with the help of their teachers and parents.
