The market size in comparison to Nanaimo Census

The market size for wrestling when the sports data and the Nanaimo census are compared would be 23932018 while that for boxing will be 11757718, that for football will be 7948281 and hockey will be 108532381. The formula applied in calculating the market size is to compare the population from both data to see if there is an increase or a decrease the value gotten from the calculation should then multiplied by the annual income the viewer receives from their pay.

According to the findings of the research, the male side tends to watch more than the female counterparts as the higher percentages see t. Also, both male and female watch more than four times a month. In the boxing arena, the older people watch it more as compared to the youth, the football arena those aged between 35-44 view the most while in the field of hockey it is more of those aged between 45-54 that watch it the most.

When taking education into account, sporting tends to overtake the minds of those considered unlearned as compared to those who have degrees. The unemployed or even those working odd sort of jobs are the ones who view what goes on in the world of sport most as compared to the employed people.

Ontario recorded the most viewers with an average of 40% as Manitoba had the least number of sports fans with an estimated 3%. The city of Toronto has an eyeing for three sports, namely boxing, football, and hockey, as it has most viewers while Quebec city has the least number of viewers. Finally, income sees that most people living under $31 million watches more of the sports as compared to those enjoying a significant amount of wealth above $86 million dollars.

Recommendation

With the intense research carried out venturing on all the sporting events that do tend to have an eye on Nanaimo. Namely boxing, football, hockey, and wrestling, I recommend that CBC broadcast hockey more as it is the marketable cause of the large number of fans it has. The market share is higher as compared to the other sports. It is most viewed not only in Nanaimo but also globally that, for me, is a profitable deal. Two, it doesn’t matter what age or even education level one is in the fans love watching it, and they understand the beauty of this game.

Most importantly, it is the only game according to the people in Nanaimo that is most affordable to watch in the viewing places, be it the pubs or even local joints as even those who earn less than $31 can view it more than once a month.
