Well it is often said that Indians are born entrepreneurs and I just feel that someone said it right. So after completing my under graduation I tried working with my father’s business and seems that it worked out really well for me. My father is a self made entrepreneur and started his business 30 years back and today he runs a successful business of Importing, Exporting and distributing optical goods with popular international brands under his portfolio such as (Tonino Lamborghini, William Morris London, Cadillac, Maserati, Anna Hickman, Phillip Charriol, Versace 1969, Blauer and many more) being the sole license holder to distribute these brands all over India. And not just that but also owns chain of retail outlets.

Well I feel nothing would be better than expanding his business further more. Recently for his retail outlet I came up with the idea of providing free shuttle service to our customers and which worked out really well and did help him increase his business than last year.

Apart from this I just don’t want to operate a single business but would like to run more than two businesses and start something of my own and be acclaimed an entrepreneur just like him, and also I feel it is better to make someone work for you than working for someone.

Along with great entrepreneurship abilities you definitely need to have an innovative idea to run along.

Innovation is something where you develop a product not to enter the market or come up with different features of the product but to solve the problems of people.

What problem are we solving?

Well kids these days leave their toys everywhere and once done playing, it makes it difficult for the parents to clear up the mess which sometimes is tiring because they have many other things do deal as well. Be it band-sticks, baseball-gloves, soft toys these toys are messed around.

 

How do we solve the problem?

So with the help of toy vacuum kids will on their own be able to pick their toys without needing anyone’s help. This toy vacuum operates exactly like the vacuum used to clear the dust around, just the way it sucks the dust inside a tube this toy vacuum will suck the toy and gather all into a sack of bag making it easy for the kids to remove the toys back as well.

 

What is the business model?

This product will help make money because after every purchase it will make parents buy this vacuum because they would prefer spending more than going through the daily hassles of cleaning again and again after their kids are done playing.

Issue solving:

Over half account holder have no exact idea how much they should spent when it comes to money. And at the end of the day they feel out of control and lose on the benefits of money management.

 

How to solve:

An app on the person’s phone that will glow depending on whether their bank balance is low, high or higher than average compared with previous months. It’s an easy way to keep a check on the finances and are they doing right compared with previous months. Different colours indicating as follows

Yellow means under-spent, green on target, red over-spent, compared with same day last month.

 

 

 

What exactly is the business model?

The app will be free to download for all the customers but linked to other services such as loans, budgeting, and financial advices that will be cross-sold through the app.

 

Why is it different?

There is no artificial intelligence with real-time financial planner who is designed to give alerts and encourage and support us with our daily control.

The need for money to test market then an important social media marketing campaign that will target early adaptors within our current loyal customers.

What exactly it deals in:

Renting all those travel needed things which you don’t need to buy but you can rent it for your travel period.

Well often when you travel you have to carry a plethora of things and by this it means you have to spend a lot each time you travel and not just that but every member of the family demands different things while travelling.
