Jewelry
Introduction
Jewelry is the most valuable items across the world as they make people look functional and classy. Jewelry palace is a new corporation that I founded to put smiles on the customer’s hearts and faces. Jewelry can be used on special occasions: birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and other major holidays. The jewel in this company include bracelets, chains, necklaces, among others. Jewelry makes people look dazzling and also can be used to advertise a business. In this new business, creativity is a critical factor in making attractive items for sale. This paper seeks to discuss the work environment and the abilities of the workers.
The Vision and Qualities of a Good Designer
The vision for the jewelry palace was to create a perfect environment that would suit the customers (Dima-Laza, 2012). For that reason, I decided to learn and understand about the substantial inventory and MBTI to have the best employees that would make my customers proud. The qualities of a kind design that I needed included: A responsible designer, steady despite distractions, ready to know how people feel about their products, quick to see possibilities, innovative, flexible to adapt to new skills, well informed. Prepared to solve problems, at least got some experience, with desired attitudes for excellent communication with the customers, among others(M.B.T.I., 2014).
A Work Environment for Jewelry Business
The environment that surrounded the jewelry palace was very competitive, and my employees were to adapt and be ready for new trends and developments, the safe climate was another factor for the excellent workplace. (Panchanatham, 2016). Little knowledge about the work environment would turn the company down. Items used to make different kinds of jewelry were expected to be of good quality to attract more customers. Exquisite jewelry with sustainable brands will also suit the customers; therefore, I made a policy that all the employees were to design a bracelet for a lady suitable for a wedding occasion. In that connection, those who would do something great would be hired by the company.
There were some challenges that the employees faced, including lack of motivation for work, others required close supervision to perfect their work, lack of self-confidence also was a problem to other employees.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the jewelry business is a well and valuable company across the world. Half of both women and men use jewelry during different occasions to make them look dazzling and classy. The designers work hard to make sure that the products they make suit the taste of their customers. Creativity is a crucial factor that designers try to gain functional products. Coming up with a jewelry company needs a pleasant work environment that one can pick up new skills and development.
