Launch of Telangana Govt. KCR Apathbandhu Ambulance Scheme 2020-21 for unemployed candidates
The Telangana Govt. KCR Apathbandhu Ambulance Scheme 2020-21 has been initiated by the Telangana government, aiming for unemployed youth belonging to the backward class of the society. In this, the youth will be granted financial help under BC Corporation. The decision of the scheme has been finalized by the BC Welfare Ministry in a meeting held on 28th February at the BC Welfare Bhavan.
Under the above-said scheme, 5 unemployed youth will make up a group that will operate as an ambulance. For this, the state government is planning to launch this scheme as a major and pilot project. As per the rules of the scheme, one KCR Apathbandhu ambulance will be given to each district in the state. Apart from this benefit, the scheme will help offer employment to the jobless youth of the state.

Along with this, the state government will help almost 10000 poor BC women by offering them training in activities like stitching and the like. Even, the women will be given training on how to use a sewing machine and help women who need help through the assistance of National Institute of Fashion Technology.
At the time of the Welfare Ministry, it was planned that job opportunities would be offered to unemployed girls and boys. This will be implemented by the assistance of 11 federations depending on the field of expertise. In relation to this, the state government will employ more officers who can help in this welfare scheme.
The Minister of the welfare association further stated that he is going to visit the districts that are included under the scheme to review the work of Gurukulams. In addition to this, he has asked the representatives and ministers to visit Gurukulas at the time of the Pattana Pragathi programme and supervise the work.
