Use APA standards for citations and references .Helpful Hints: This is a short three-page paper. Do not spend much time in your introduction. A couple of Lines identifying the problem will do. The professor is looking for your ability to apply the four factors of transformational leadership, your understanding of compliance, and general understanding of course material. Due to restriction on length, you have to be concise enough to cover the point, yet show just enough to show your understanding on each point.
