Dear Mary Smith,

I am writing this letter of Inquiry on behalf of my board members to introduce  Alaska youth and family networks; you can call it AFYN. AYFN came into being in the year 2010 (Phillip et al., 2016). It was established in Indonesia with the mission of providing Know how to the youth and activities which are culturally centered.Furthermore, our organization Aims to raise education and its awareness through skills and professionalism to the Institutions and the communities involved which is in line with your Organizations Objectives which include reduction of poverty, provision of clean water, clothes, and other basics of life such as education (Jones et al.,2009). Over 200 teenagers and families in Alaska are participants Since the organization was created, and we seek to expand to other States and increase participants to 500.

We humbly request $100,000 to be able to complete our program expansion. We are planning to expand our program beyond Alaska to the other two or three different states by the year 2020 and also reduce the membership fee from USD 25 to USD 10 to increase the participation more individuals.

Alaska youth and family network’s mission is to nurture stability for families within their communities within the state of Alaska(Montgomery et al., 2020).  We do this through peer sustained support, education health services that focus on behavior. We offer support to families involved in their programs so that they may maintain stability within the community-focused. Provide support to families involved in Alaska’s behavioral health and child-serving systems. To fulfill this mission, We are proposing to create a social platform that’s mainly designed to put the communities at the center of what it does. The Platform will Also provide learning materials, guidelines, and sustenance within the community in their quest. The site will also enhance accountability openness and increase community engagement within their work. It will also offer a platform where ideas can be shared and exchanged, connect with other communities, individuals, staff, and volunteers.

We furthermore propose to increase the participation of the youth and parents in their programs because this can significantly increase the greatness and their strength. Providing parental materials, such as books, magazines, and journals, will help strengthen families. Organizing conferences that provide educations on parenting and parent children interactions are some of the things we are planning to do to boost family greatness and strength. The need for such Initiative is essential in society because, currently, the divorce rates in America are between 40% to 50 %, which is quite high. There are various family structures. However, some conditions are certainly similar to all the arrangements. For example, Members of a family have emotional connections with each other, and they have various responsibilities that must be accomplished. Despite the differences that can occur with any family, for example, Divorce, Parents have the Obligation of ensuring that each child in the family feels loved, welcomed, and accepted. The parents must also ensure that each child succeeds in their community tasks, Grows up respecting the rule of law, and taking the accountabilities that are brought about by society.

After expanding our program, we aim to achieve the following;

• Bring together over 300 teenagers all around America and Allow them to interact together.
• Offer a chance to youths above to familiarize with varying cultures and travel overseas and therefore make a difference in their life.
• Provide a safe, high value and worldwide cultural exchange program so that Understanding of different cultures can be realized.
• Allow for genuine travel Experiences and provides jobs in different countries. This will enable working with domestic individuals, companies, and families.
• Raise Consciousness of the problems being experienced in Low-income countries by one interaction with the countries in question.
• Provide Education for Education for both local people and participate in locals and Accomplices through the experience gained from traveling.
• Increase annual conferences from 4 to 5 meetings in the various States that will be involved

AFYN Program’s financial plan is $500,800, of which $250,000 remnants are to be gathered. You helping us with $100,000 for the program enlargement will be useful in meeting our budget. Furthermore, investing in youth and family networks will bring a substantial impact on the families disadvantaged in society. With you coming into our Aid, we are planning to expand our program beyond Alaska to the other two or three different states by the year 2020. We are also planning to reduce the membership fee to increase the participation of other needy individuals.
