A pharmacist is persons responsible for the controlling and issuing of drugs in the hospitals, and they explain to a patient the dosage and applications of the issued medicines. As one of the medical courses, one has to pass in sciences to be eligible for the course. One then has to enroll in any recognized university to pursue a bachelor’s in pharmacy, which takes a minimum of three years of study (Wager & Glaser 2017). One can then pursue a doctorate in pharmacy after passing the undergraduate level. After completing the educational requirements, a pharmacist is required to sit for two more examinations.  Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam to learn about pharmacy laws and regulations. Licensure Exam to test on their knowledge, skills in the field, apart from these educational requirements, one has to have an interest in medicine-related courses.

Mind-wives are nurses who have to specialize in reproductive health care services to women and the newborn. One has to have an interest in medicine and be competent in sciences and languages for proper communication (Buchbinder et al. 2019).  One can their fore joins a recommended medical school to pursue an undergraduate program, after that aspiring midwives should pursue their master to improve on their experience and also to widen their career chances in the comparative market. The master’s degree always takes a minimum of two years.

Nurses are one of the professionals working at the secondary health care level. They are responsible for taking direct care of the sick, i.e., treating them and also bathing and dressing them up sometimes. Some of the Educational Requirements include: Good in sciences and languages for communication. Potential employees are those employees who are highly competitive in an organization. Some of the benefits that a hospital may gain from these employees include; High potential employees will attract more patients in the hospitals; hence will raise the profit margin. These employees are always more competitive in their professional field and therefore attract more customers to the services offered, enabling the organization to make more profits. High potential employees also bring more value to an organization compared to those with low potential. They add value in that they bring more customers to the organization as they are trusted by the client to offer the best services. Potential employees also work well indecently as they are self-driven and help the organization to reduce the cost of supervisors (Guest, 2017).  They also embrace organizational values by strictly following the rules required and also have ethical conduct to the society and also working mates. High competence employees also are good at listening, and taking instructions from their employers, giving them essay time to focus on other burning issues in the organization.

Progressive discipline is the activity of dealing with job-related issues that do not meet the expected and communicated performance standards. The main purpose of the progressive discipline is to help employees to that a performance problem or an opportunity to improve exist (Guest, 2017).  The process enhances effective communication between managers and employees; it helps managers to achieve high performance. Effective termination can be referred to as any unfavorable change on the scope of duties or reporting relationships. Acute-care healthcare facilities are always crucial and hence need a highly qualified professional. Hospitals, therefore, need potential employees, and these are employees who are highly competitive in the world market. Some of the benefits of employing potential workers include.  They attract more patients to the hospital hence will raise the profit margin. They are more competitive in their professional field and therefore attract more customers to the services offered (Liebler & McConnell, 2020). High potential employees also bring more value as they add value in that they bring more customers to the health facility. Potential employees work well indecently as they are self-driven.  They embrace organizational values by strictly following the rules required. High competence employees also are good at listening, and taking instructions from their employers, giving them essay time to focus on other burning issues in the organization. Cute-care facilities are one of the crucial facility in the health sector as it deals with emergencies.
