I choose this article because I wanted to get knowledge on maternal nutrition and enlighten pregnant mothers on optimal maternal nutrition to avoid cases of low-birth weights related to maternal nutrition deprivation. I would recommend this article because it gives information from all angles concerning maternal nutrition and it benefits and the food groups to use during pregnancy.
