a 4-5-page reflective paper that addresses how they would select a theory or conceptual framework, from the perspective of its strengths and limitations describe how it might be integrated into their future practice in health care settings. The paper should identify key concepts and understandings that have contributed to a sense of competency as a social work professional. Finally, the paper should include the identification of three key areas of competency that the writer hopes to develop within the next three years and how these will be developed.
