The manner in which Mimi Glossop uses to ensure that she gets a divorce from her husband is very evil as she knows that her husband would not accept to give her the much-needed divorce from her marriage. This scene shows the rot in society and in marriages that people can do anything to fix others for them to get what they want in life. For Mimi, it was divorce but various societies this is replicated in other forms that include the need for the inheritance which has made people go to the extent of killing their kin.
Sci-Fi: Invasion of The Body Snatchers
The science-fiction movie Invasion of The Body Snatchers shows how scientists and people think of the future of humanity. The fact that there is a perfect replacement of humans in the movie shows how the future innovation might look like and the fear for the extension of humanity due to the creations that fellow humans do, this is however against most of the religions and cultures. The concept of the movie can be robots taking over jobs while replacing humans.
Horror: Get Out (2007)
Get Out (2007) is a horror movie has a lot of satirical themes in it. It is a social thriller that shows the social boundaries that racial discrimination has created. A rich girl’s love for an African American boyfriend turns discord when they visited the girl’s home. The movie shows the struggles that people go through as they experience racial discrimination in the different interactions and activities in their daily lives.

Michael Haneke’s Movies Funny Games is an icy ordeal of sadism that explores pure cruelty among the upper-middle class. The movie invokes fear and a feeling of danger among the audience, this is the same feeling that one feels when he or she sees an open human heart in surgery. Watching the movie made my stomach muscles to gradually contract with fear. It is horrifying, far more than the regular horror movies are something that I never expected when I started watching the movie. Nightmare started when strange young men appear at the door of the well to do couple who had gone for a vacation. The director of the movie knew how to make self-enclosed cinema of cruelty. Watching the movie while you are may make you lose sleep for in the night for the fear of the being attacked by strange people. The fact that the movie worries the viewer shows that the objectives of the director of the movie are fully achieved.
The addresses what happens to the world and America and since for the last few decades, Haneke creatively responds to this issue in his masterpiece in which a well off couple gets terrorized and thus showing how our society is like and the evils in the society. The movie is like recurring nightmares in a dream that one cannot want to happen to them again in their lives. It, however, helped me to develop a strong heart toward horrifying scenes both in fiction and in real life as I do not think that there is anything that horrify me as the scenes in the Funny Games, I can now face anything in life the way it is. The movie takes the audience to another world where you live in fear and get terrified by the scenes in the movie. It is like it is real-life situations. The movie is however not good for children as they may develop violent behaviors if they watch the various violent scenes in it and therefore it should be kept out of children under the age of sixteen.
