my Graduation in Bachelors of Engineering from Chhattisgarh Institute of Technlogy

I am a software engineer and have almost 5 years of work experience. Out of which, for 4 and a half years I have worked with a MNC Tata Consultancy Services, where I have closely worked with business clients and was leading the deployment team. Currently, I am working as a software Engineer in Infosys, and after the working hours I am involved in practicing Latin dance forms.

I completed my Graduation in Bachelors of Engineering from Chhattisgarh Institute of Technlogy, Rajnandgaon, which is the most reputed college in our region affiliated to Swami Vivekananda Technical University, Bhilai. Simultaneous with my graduation I have done diploma in an Indian classical dance form Kathak, participated in state level programs and got opportunity to learn the dance form from world famous teacher Pt. Birju Maharaj Ji. I also participated in University level sports athletics and secured championship trophy for a couple of times.

In the final year of my college, We went for a educational trip to Southern part of India and I was the core member of the organizing committee, there were 40 people in the group including 37 students and 3 teachers, In that right from getting permissions from the college management, to booking the train tickets and hotel bookings. We have planned it so well that we have covered serveral industries, got complete package very luxurious and in reasonable amount.

During my graduation I have also got chance to get internship from Cetpa Institute of Technology, Noida, I have completed several projects while studying there and simultaneous with training I have learned various dance forms like Hip hop, contemporary and bollywood, and got selected to participate in very famous show of the FAD academy i.e Summer flow .

After my graduation I got chance to do spark IT Internship from Infosys private ltd a MNC, on the basis of my performance during my graduation curriculum.

While I was in high school, I was involved in sports, cultural activities and take parts in school fairs. Being leader of the house I had the responsibility of organizing the events which includes planning for programs, getting approvals from head masters, team selection, budget allocation, assigning responsibilities to individuals.

I got interest in MBA while working as a software engineer, interacting with the business/clients is in my routine and gradually I get involved in strategizing new products development and delivery, I was included in the business continuity plans and got appreciated many times for suggesting new ideas for launch of new products.

While working with higher management,I learned to keep my watch 15 mins ahead of my time, so sometimes it happens I reach my test center before time. This was the case happened when my exam was sheduled at 12:30 PM and I was supposed to reach by 12:00 PM, I reached at 11:45 so there was a thing, they haven’t allowed me even to use the wash room.

My manager always inspires me to explore the alternative way, even if it done straight, because that invites the innovation. Due to this I have developed a practice of looking alternative way for doing the routine works as well as previously I use to tie my shoe lace with a general and most common way but then I started exploring the new ways of doing it, but while doing it happens a case I hurt my nail.

I was involved in doing the project plan, I was always included in budget planning of the project in terms of time and resource and even presented the balance sheet of budget. My daily work inspires me to learn new tactics of business. Plan, strategize and implement ideas in to the business and International MBA will give me opportunity to interact with people globally and help me to learn different cultures and their style of working.

Being from a Business family I am inclined towards learning business strategies that can uplift my career to higher profile.
