I can coordinate with different workers in different job positions to identify and prevent environmental hazards in the whole organisation. My conflict management skills enable me to solve differences which may arise in healthcare organization. I can collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate evidence nursing care to enable patients achieve optimal outcomes.

The standards of practice encourage practitioners to work to their full scope as a group and only delegate needs when required. When different staff have various competencies it encourages flexibility as when a colleague is absent someone can perform their duties (Hall, & Parker, 2013). As a new worker I can learn from others thus minimising training time hence utilising Summer resources in cost effective manner. The code of ethics dictate nurses to collaborate with other health professionals to encourages team oriented approach, health initiatives and health diplomacy.

I am committed to apply my creative skills to innovative in different areas to bring change and adopt to external changes. I am able to respond to patients who act violent towards me due to my culture, religion or gender. I am able to cope with change by embracing it, accepting it and showing willingness t learn to accommodate it. I understand that I will encounter team mates and patients from different ethnicity, race, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status that create diversity and I have to accommodate and retain them.

The code of ethics calls for integrity and I can practice it by showing sensitivity to individuals to promote their interests and rights. I am committed to learn about others to understand their perspectives, actions and believes. I am able to build a strong rapport using transparent communication to involve patients. I can demonstrate integrity by performing my duty in consistent and fairly without bias. I can apply agility to approach change by fostering innovation, collaboration and openness to respond and anticipate to change with an open mind (Rutkowski, 2017). I am relational as all my actions reflect professionalism and encompasses change and diversity.
