I am committed to apply my creative skills to innovative in different areas to bring change and adopt to external changes. I am able to respond to patients who act violent towards me due to my culture, religion or gender. I am able to cope with change by embracing it, accepting it and showing willingness t learn to accommodate it. I understand that I will encounter team mates and patients from different ethnicity, race, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status that create diversity and I have to accommodate and retain them.

The code of ethics calls for integrity and I can practice it by showing sensitivity to individuals to promote their interests and rights. I am committed to learn about others to understand their perspectives, actions and believes. I am able to build a strong rapport using transparent communication to involve patients. I can demonstrate integrity by performing my duty in consistent and fairly without bias. I can apply agility to approach change by fostering innovation, collaboration and openness to respond and anticipate to change with an open mind (Rutkowski, 2017). I am relational as all my actions reflect professionalism and encompasses change and diversity.
