People need personal development to grow as human beings. The measure of time one invests on personal development helps in the creation of one’s happiness and quality relationship with others. People who do not invest time to develop their personality can never grow
According to Ken Blanchard’s theory of leadership, four stages of personal development exist in our society. The theory is designed to assist one to get motivated based on ones desire to become more confident with women. Similar to Ken Blanchard’s theory, I have decided to make my personal life change by finding a book, which has acted as one of my eye opener. Being a enthusiastic beginner, the culture of reading the book has given me some courage to overcome my shyness with women by having the best pick-up lines as I converse with my fellow women.
As part of my personal development, I have already become one of the best disillusioned learner whereby after trying to pursue the goals and realizing how hard it is going to be because my approach to women has not changed,,I just got into this stage of self doubt as quickly as possible and got over it
Just as Ken Blanchard’s theory states,I have become a capable but cautious performer after being able to apply what I learned in the beginning, started having success with women and my conclusion, Personal development is equally important to any one’s life because it helps in improving personal talents, the ability to realize dreams and create wealth. Everyone should focus on personal developmentconfidence started to return. According to fourth stage of Ken Blanchard’s theory,I have became self-reliant achiever have become good in what I do and form good and healthy relationships

The first stage according to Ken Blanchard’s theory of leadership was the enthusiastic beginner whereby one has to decide to make a change by finding a book that opens one’s eyes to the extent that with a bit of work he can overcome his shyness with women. The second stage is the disillusioned learner where one after trying to pursue the goals for a little while realizes how hard it is going to be because his approach to women has not changed. Therefore, it is advisable that one gets to this stage of self-doubt as quickly as possible and get over it
The third stage is that of a capable but cautious performer whereby what they had learned from the beginning starts to work. They start having success with women, and their confidence starts to return.in this stage, men become more confident, and other people may start noticing. The fourth stage is that of a self-reliant achiever when men become good at what they are doing.in this stage, a man can easily get and form healthy relationships
