MY VISION
My vision about life was not my childhood dreams but rather a work of consistent consumption of knowledge and learning about the things which are passionate to me. My life has always been about searching a path and to be in a journey to finding my true self. The raw and the rural background at the initial stage of my life tied me down to dream low or even not to dream at all, so the word aspiration was useless to me. But still, I always wondered about becoming an astronaut. I had the curiosity of the things happening around me, the things which everyone finds unexplainable. My uncle was the only engineer in my family, and he used to do this unbelievable stuff that always makes me wanted to be like him. His passion gave me a boost, and the idea of being an engineer struck me. He is the one who led me and gave me direction on which path to choose. While my performance was excellent in core subjects like electrical machines, power electronics, and power systems. I worked on a project named faults in transmission lines, which was based on power system analysis and protection. All my efforts paid off when I won the second position at the departmental level in our annual college fest INNOTECH. More importantly, the work also presented to me the extensive possibilities of the technology and left me desirous of learning. My curiosity made me go out in the field, and I did An internship with Northern Railways, which gave me real-time experience with machines and their maintenance. And I learned how all these different departments work all together to maintain this most significant web of rail tracks in the world. I also got the opportunity to work with TATA Delhi power limited, which has been the leader in implementing power distribution reforms in New Delhi. It was a unique, immersive internship program that focused on the day-to-day activities of personnel involved in power distribution and billing. It also helped me to gain a strategic view across industries.
