Leadership is a crucial part of the health system. A nurse should be given the mandate to serve in decision making and make the necessary adjustment to improve the health of the patients. An example is a woman with difficulties in having labor; the nurse should decide to induce the labor to help the woman bring the kid and avoid unnecessary complications. Quality improved activity includes engagements consisting of empathy for an HIV/AID patient who felt so isolated and teaching him how to deal with stigma and live a healthy life without being depressed. Self-assessment is the best way for evaluation where one reflects on his/her accomplishments, the mistakes, and the set goals if he or she has achieved the set goals and objectives.

Skills are majorly learned in class, but seminars are also attended, where nurses are taught on what to do on a specific occasion and how to deal with individual patients suffering from pandemics (Miles & Scott, 2019). A nurse helped the new students who were undergoing clinical integration practice to learn what to do and how to do the behaviors to carry along in the health institution. An ethical practice was taking care of a more critically injured patient who came later than the others, the nurse showed care and concern, despite her having patients he took care of the one who was critically injured.

A resolved care problem occurred with a patient who had a psychological problem. The patient once came to see the physician, but the physician was not available, he directed the patient to the nurse. When the nurse gave him some directions, he didn’t trust him, so he rushed and called the physician, but the nurse looked for an opportunity where she could meet and resolve the mistrust. A body of research is used by a nurse to validate the reason for alarms in pediatric units by explaining to parents the cause and thus relieving stress. The nurse assessed safety by providing masks to all the people around her to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
