Nutrition:Dietary Analysis Paper
This analysis is looking at the range of eating patterns you might have in a week. Hopefully, they will average over the week to give you a good nutritional intake on average. But let’s see. This would include creating a food log for each of the following days:
- Routine Eating Day
- Eating on the Run/Skipping a Meal Day
- Overeating Day

Start another Food Log day by using the track calendar on the right of the screen. Enter in in your Eating on the Run Day and finally start a third Food Log for your Over Eating Day.
When your login is finished, to get the Nutrient Analysis for each of these days you will click on the Calorie Intake green bar found just under the black date bar. This will pop up the Daily Total Nutrition Facts Label:
You will use these three Nutrition Fact Labels to fill in the appropriate columns in the table below. Do NOT copy the percentages; instead fill in the actual reported amount (g = grams, mg = milligrams, ug = micrograms). for each nutrient, sum the three days of each nutrient then divide by three for the Average Intake. See whether you fulfill (or not) the recommended intake. The Recommended Intake column covers amounts needed for males & females (females usually the lower end of the range).
