Week 8 Discussion
The course on organization leadership and decision making was one of the most significant courses I have handled in a while. The class discussed management issues in business and how managers and other leaders can improve their business activities. The session discussed factors such as communication, which is instrumental in management and leadership. One of the topics that were interesting to me as customer relationship management. Customers are the most significant determinant of the performance of a business. With a high number of customers, companies are assured of excellent performance, and vice versa is true.
That said, customers need to be managed to ensure the profitability of the business. This is the reason I want to research a tool that can assist in customer management. After week 8 of the course, I want to find out whether there is an existing tool that helps businesses manage their customers. If there is one, I want to understand how it helps the organization maximize its profit. Besides, I would want to know how I can improve such a tool for the betterment.
