The leader should be futuristic, and the leader should be innovative as well as creative since the world is changing so fast, and this makes him stand out different from other leaders. The leader should focus on the future of the business and try his best to coordinate his subordinates to make the company achieve its goals through the ideas he introduces to them (Peterson, 2019). The leader should think outside the box so that he can come up with different designs and make them a reality for the benefit of the business.
The leader should be therapeutic, and he should have a positive attitude regardless of the situation. When people are always complaining about the problems they are facing in their business, great leaders are busy looking for the solution to tackle the problem. Even there is a problem, and the leader tries to restore the situation by solving the problem with his subordinate.
A good leader should be consistent, and this makes the business to get products of high quality. This character makes other people admire them as well as respect them. The leaders try to follow the culture of the organization and strive to strengthen them for positive results. Consistent leaders usually know as well as self-aware, and this makes them produce the best results when compared with a leader who is not compatible (Lunsford & Brown, 2017). A good leader should believe in himself, and this gives him the confidence to face all the challenges while knowing that, in the end, they will succeed. When a leader believes in himself, his subordinate believes in him, and as a result, the business succeeds.

My mission is “service to man is service to God ’’.I need to strengthen the character of making a difference as a leader, and secondly, I also need to improve authenticity.
I have strengths in humility, am a leader who can stand weakness of my subordinates, and try to correct them without harassing them. I believe I am also wise and use the wisdom to make smart decisions, which at last benefits the company. I am also courageous, and this helps me when deciding for the company since being able to take the risk and, at last, the company benefits from the right decisions I make. I also use integrity to make decisions and also when handling my subordinates.
Making a difference means making a personal effort to make a positive impact on the institution, system, or organization to get a positive result. I am planning to get a high level of education since learning with open up my brains, and I will be able to think outside the box. Training will give the courage to make wise decisions as well as develop ideas which will make the organization to have good outcomes. I will as the benchmark in other organizations so that I can get to know the concepts behind these leaders who seem outstanding in their service and then try to emulate them.
I am also planning to try and be authentic in my organization, which will make the business have high-quality products. Transparency is also needed for the growth of the company, and I also need to believe in my strength to lead and take action whenever needed so that the business can meet its goals. I need to know the history of the company for consistency purposes so that the business can grow together with the people working to the business. I believe if both the business grows and the individuals, even me, as the leader, I will benefit from the company.
In conclusion, a leader needs to be responsible for every action he takes and also make sure the subordinates are also accountable for their actions. He should also make sure he is consistent, and this does the business to grow at a faster rate. The leader should believe in themselves, and this makes them confident of their actions, and they can implement the ideas they have for the benefit of the business.
