The evaluation shows that I have a relatively high amount of positive affectivity. I agree with the statement. Positive affectivity is the ability of an individual to have positive emotions. With illustrations that it can be evident with enthusiasm or cheerfulness of an individual. For instance, a business person usually applies positive affectivity when offering services to customers or clients; this often helps by creating a pleasant business environment for the business. Because the client will tend to be free and will expect bonuses like a room for negotiation, soft language. In return, a business person will tend to have an increase in the number of clients because of his/her reputation, thus higher profit turnout. I would advise all individuals owning a business to employ the use of positive affectivity in all there aspects in their daily routine activity. It can help in winning more customers’ bid.
Conversely, positive affectivity can also help individuals generally from stressful situations, pain tolerance, and sad emotions when one can control his emotions. This makes it more significant, and it should be encouraged. Compared to when an individual’s having negative affectivity, this strains some organs, for instance, pancreases, to secret some hormones to counter the stress. Thus it is significant health-wise because it reduces the mortality rate.

Positive and negative affectivity plays a significant role in determining the character of an individual whom, in this case, we take as a business person in an organization. Since they are based on the reactions concerning an individual emotion when there is a positive impact or negative impact in his/her business, an individual may feel cheerful emotion after evaluating that in his/her business. On the other hand, a business person may have a negative impression by being angry or hostile after assessing his/her daily business turnout and realize negative turnout. Thus to avoid these hostile feelings a business person requires to have right strategies that can help improve his/her business in terms of sales. For instance, avoiding exaggerating items prices, some individuals usually tend to sell to consumers at a higher rate than expected with the expectations to gain more returns. This will only make customers or consumers prefer other sellers offering the same services and goods at a reasonable price, and return you will either register less profit or loss. This will only trigger your emotions, making you either hostile to the few customers you will be having. Another strategy that a business person should consider is having soft language and enticing customers who spend a certain limit level within just one shopping. An example is offering a great discount that will not affect your profit margin to such customers who spends more on just one shopping. This business person should only focus on having positive affectivity by controlling their feelings.

The assessment shows that I am regularly affected by negative emotions in the workplace. However, I disagree with the evaluation because I control my feelings in the workplace. With illustration that controlling my feelings or moods usually create a good advantage in my workplace, thus giving me an edge in the specific business competition market. It is well known that our behaviors are not solely guided by our conscious and rational. Thus an individual erosional action will tend to outlay his character based on emotions; this ruins an individual’s reputation. Because none of the customers will agree to be treated with negative affectivity when being offered any services based on their request. I usually follow feelings that are based on positive affectivity because I am sure it will create a pleasant business environment between the consumers and me. This can be evident with the actual basis of business ethics. A customer will only be comfortable to request his/her service or demand only in a friendly business environment.
In contrast, in a hostile environment, they will tend to be afraid or shy to request for all their needs. The customers, in this case, they will manage to leave the place in a hurry or just ask a few demands which they might have in mind that a business person can offer ASAP so that they can disappear or leave and never to come back to seek another service in your workplace. Thus all employees should be encouraged and trained to be able to control their feelings into positive affectivity.

Firstly, people who pay attention to positive feelings in the workplace usually tend to give the company a competitive advantage in the specific world market. With illustration that their positive emission will manage to make customers have the motive to have a definite cause in their mind of wishing to be back again in case they may need the same service that the organization offers. Negative affectivity leaves customers in regret mode, with the negative thoughts of wishing he/she could not have requested the assistance from the specific organization. In this case, customers usually complain then; next, the customer will disappear and relocate to get the same service in other organizations, which tends to have a good reputation.
Secondly, the tendency to experience a change in behavior through our moods always makes us have a different character, which may irritate a customer. For instance, a business person may be using powerful words like “Only Enter When You have money” in his workplace. This can irritate some customers with an illustration that they may think that the business person is only selective on those who should be buying things from his workplace, thus it can make customers abandon getting services in your workplace premise and seek the same services in another workplace. Not forgetting when customers abandon your services, you will register negative returns just due to your negative affectivity or emotions to customers.

Teamwork is an excellent essential in our daily routine activities when working on the event; an individual will tend to use more energy and time compared to when working on the same exercise in a group. Thus it is right to say that achieving a specific goal or task in a group is more efficient and effective. Being above the average to teamwork illustrates that an individual supports the technique of working to achieve a specific goal in a group. From the equality theory in the workplace, not everyone is equal in terms of performance; thus, cooperation between employees can encourage employees to work harder because each individual will be contributing in there performing parts when giving our services to clients.
This can also be explained with the illustration that different employees possess adverse talents, habits, strengths, and weaknesses in various fields. They are thus combining their abilities that leave behind great competitive advantage in the specific area of the business market. Because consumers will be getting the best service, not forgetting they will be producing top product brands in the market. This is because the employees will be using there to combine abilities, knowledge, and strengths to deliver top-notched quality products. Employers will only consider employees who can mingle with his/her colleagues, without straining top fit in to ease in times of urgent hypothesis.

Teamwork in a workplace involves the ability of employees to combine their knowledge, abilities, and skills to achieve a specific goal or target. It has adverse advantages based on the willingness of the individuals to commit themselves freely without being forced to co tribute ideas. Thus an individual only contributes to the sections that he/she is perfectly sure to deliver openly. Generally, there are some advantages an organization can experience based on cognitive ideas. This makes it an advantage within a workplace because once a problem arises, they can use the available inputs or ideas at their hand to rectify the problems. It also gives the employees to develop healthy risk-taking, so that in case of any arise in the hypothesis in a workplace that can undermine client services, employees can resolve the factors within a short period. On the other hand, it will help to teach other employees conflict resolution skills because they will be learning from their fellow workmates on Ideas or techniques that they may have lacked if they could only be given a chance to resolve any problem that arises within an organization. Thus teamwork should be made mandatory in all organizations, with an illustration that an organization can only minimize limitations or hypotheses within a working area if the employees can team up well to fit in the constructive environment. Whereby in case any urgent matter arises, they will be able to meet the demands and requirements before the situation worsens.

If an organization works within the strategies and plans, they will experience fewer limitations, and most of the funds will be redirected in development and strengthening daily organization activities.
On the other hand, employees will be motivated based on the results; this will encourage them to work harder to maximize the returns in a workplace by delivering quality services to clients. There are management strategies in a workplace that an organization should always employ to help run all activities in the workplace. Workplace management strategies only became useful when employees became flexible to share their great ideas, with respect to achieving or resolving any threat that may occur within a workplace. Employees are bind by the strategy policies not to share ideas that may lead fellow employees negatively but rather share ideas that will leave a positive impact on both ends. Below are simple, effective business management strategy rules. Having consistency- employees should ensure consistency in there organization by providing, they should have ready stocks that can accommodate clients, with an illustration that when the client goes short of services within a workplace. He/she will have the mentality next time to either miss or get the facility upon arrival. Workers focusing on proper communication and clarity in the workplace is essential. Employees should ensure transparency to clients on all their products and services policy to avoid confusion and misunderstanding in the future. The client should be fully aware of the warranty period not to visit them later in a request for services in exchange for the warranty. The team should set aside goal -An organization cannot render services to clients without having specific plans and goals. Having goals wild enable employees to be able to predict there production patterns and returns. Acting as an example-All employs should serve as a role model by being an example in all activities happening within a workplace when contributing ides. This will encourage other new upcoming employees to follow the same steps so that they can bring adverse changes within an organization. Being transparent- Transparency in an organization plays a critical role in determining the kind of employees an organization has in the workplace.
