Project Description: Nurse Burnout has increased the late of practitioners’ turnover in Dayton beach hospital. The project aims to reduce such cases by creating a conducive working environment for nurses to improve patient care.
CLO 1 Leadership
Explore the availability of learning materials and educators’ competence/interaction with learners to assess their readiness to proceed with studies. It will help to identify and fill possible gaps for sufficient progress, thereby accomplishing the learning outcome.
CLO 2 Quality Care
Promote evidence-based practice and create a conducive working environment to minimize burnout cases. Perhaps, there will be a smooth flow of work and increased professionalism, which will improve quality and continuous patient care.
CLO 3 Scholarship
Intergrade nursing skills and autonomy to ensure practitioners work within their jurisdiction. Further, encourage learners to further their studies, source funds, and engage stakeholders to facilitate practitioners’ studies.
CLO 4 Communication
Understand intra-professional (workers in the same profession) and inter-profession (practitioners in the different professions) to enable leaders to come up with the appropriate leadership style as well as plan on how to use available resources.
CLO 5 Health Promotion
Hold monthly performance appraisal and reward performing leaders, to boost the morale of nurses. The activity is useful in the achievement of learning outcomes since it also evaluates the quality of patient care.
CLO 6 Professionalism
Evaluate the satisfaction and quality of leaders’ decisions on health issues, degree of professionalism applied to avoid negative impact. Plan activity will enhance a favorable environment (organization and economical) for both patients, professionals to foster good corporation.
CLO 7 Diversity
Establish training programs involving different professionals to facilitate interaction/familiarize practitioners and enrich their skills on how to deal with diverse populations.
CLO 8 Informatics
Identify and attain advanced equipment and train practitioners on how to use them to improve efficient and effective patient care as well as reduce burnout cases.
