Private schools give a better education than public schools
It is a common belief throughout the world that private school delivers a more exceptional quality of education than public school. The quality of education is the main reason for parents sending their children for private tuition, along with the long-standing popularity and credibility associated with many such institutes. This chapter intends to examine the reliability of these statements by analyzing the integrity of the supporting evidence from various analytical viewpoints such as sociology.
Private schools give a better education than public schools. First, due to the fact, the enrollment to private school is about one hundred and nine three students per year. The cost of private schools ranges between $12,500 in the lower grade to $15,000 in the upper classes, which often don’t cover the cost of books and school supplies. Hence private schools have fewer students. The high tuition cost enables their schools to create specialized programs for a student; for instance, they use art and sciences in schools. Private schools are located in central cities and urban areas. Thus parents don’t feel the pinch since their children are in safer environments and receiving higher academics.
Private school high tuition fee limit people from a lower social class from enrolling in them and opting to public school, which offers free education through state and federal funding. Often the performance of some of the public schools is below the bar. There are many public schools, mainly in populated areas where low-income households and minority ethnic settle. Students in private schools also tend to perform better than public schools since they have a higher socio-economic background and likely to have university-educated parents. Whites enroll in private schools more than in public schools since they believe private schools are better located, thus a safer and better system of education since they are few students.
