The project is also expected to take 530 days without considerations of risk and 529 days with the inclusion of risk factors. The creation and modification dates of the project are also provided on 01/03/2020 and 02/02/2020 as the date of the initial project.
Question 2
Budget and time constraints are the most critical components of a project. The project provides a summarized approach to the essential elements of the project, making it unhealthy. Additionally, risks are crucial factors that should be considered while developing a plan. The dashboard does not establish the essential factors of risk and also fails to quantify the uncertainties in monetary value. The project is unhealthy as it does not identify essential components that are basic for the successful implementation and completion of a project.
Question 3
Based on the dashboard of the project, risk identification would be the first stage in the development of the project. The project description should well develop with all risks identified. The quantity of the risk should also be elaborated with a price attached to every risk provided. They significantly determine the total cost of the project to be incurred. The provision of the major dangers which are lacking in the dashboard would have been critical in the determination of the likelihood of the project to cost more or less based on the provided timeframe.
Question 4
Various critical aspects of a project are missing. The purpose and the aim of the project should be well provided to ensure all the stakeholders can understand the intention and the importance of the project. The project also lacks a clear breakdown into phases. A clear project should be developed in phases. Time, costs, and risks associated with every stage identified. The dashboard provides generalized information that cannot be extended to determine the nature of the project.
