PUBERTY IN BOYS –PRINCIPLES SIGNS OF PUBERTY AND HORMONAL
In the video about hormones involved in puberty, shows a vital development of all the individuals. There are a series of hormonal changes that occur during puberty, and they result in the physical development of the adults sexually. These hormones involve estrogen, progestogen and testosterone. Of which all of them serves particular functions.
These hormones connect to other functions of the body. Testosterone is a hormone that involves men. It is responsible for the development of hair for men, muscle mass, the deepening of the voice. Estrogen is a hormone that affects women, and it contributes to body hair growth, menstrual cycle cell production, widening hips and luteinizing hormones. This is what makes the boys and girls develop new changes during puberty as a stage of development.
Understanding the hormonal changes during puberty is very paramount. Firstly, an individual can understand what is happening to his or her body or others. It enables one to interact with others due to this awareness, without having to be shyly about the new changes. This topic is showing the news of what is happening to teenagers every day as they grow. This topic is very vital in my future career because I can now explain and give counselling to young people who get confused by encountering such changes. I can apply this topic to my job by establishing guidance and counselling workshops to society to foster awareness. Don't use plagiarised sources.Get your custom essay just from $11/page
With the video, I was able to understand the topic of puberty more broadly, the only challenges I encountered with the material is that it did not elaborate the information well. The improvement that I can make is to come up with well-elaborated notes about the topic.
