Introduction

Data quality control refers to the process of regulating and monitoring the utilization of data for a process or application (Anderson, 2018). This process is done both after and before Data Quality Assurance, which involves the discovery of inconsistency of data and correction. Quality data is essential in organizations because, with it, the CEO will be able to understand or stay in touch with his clients. This paper is organized to establish key data points that will help in the identification of problem areas in the quality control process in BIDCO Company. It will discuss the essential data in assessing quality control, review the identification strategy for those key points, determine the presence, and formulate a quality control proposal for BIDCO Company.

Identification of essential data in quality control

When gathering data, the information collected must be of high quality such that they can be reliably used to identify problematic areas in the quality control process and in making sound decisions (Senior, 2015).

1. The satisfaction of the customers- I will provide data on whether the customers are delighted with the products of the company

1. The impact of the product on the lifecycle of users- I will identify data about how the product has led to transformation lives, e.g., good health
2. Regulatory compliance- I will analyze if the product meets the legal requirements
3. Completeness- here I will focus on the product features, does it have all the prescribed features or not.
4. The market potential- is the market potential for the BIDCO’s products.

Data identification strategy

1. Observation- through observation I will be able to gather data on the rate of stock turnover for the company, I will get data about how customers think and behave towards the company’s products
2. Interview- through interviews, I will be able to get data about the usage of the Companies products, the perceptions, attitudes, and beliefs towards the product by interviewing the public.
3. Schedule- I will use the program to get data about the satisfaction of the customers by knowing their preferences, opinions, behavior patterns, and their habits.
4. Questionnaire- this strategy will provide me with the speediest information from the users of BIDCO products; this information will include the completeness of the products if it has all the prescribed features.
5. Case study method-this strategy will entail careful and complete observation of the company’s situation of declining sales and analyze the impact of the products on user’s lives hence identify the possible problematic area.

Data presentation strategy

In my data presentations, I will consider some several techniques

1. Acknowledging my tests and testing process- I will clarify the texts I did and why and this will help redefine my objectives and goals
2. Explaining how I collected the data-this will prove that the measures and procedures I used were objectively and accurate

• Make graphs and other charts- this will show the results for my tests

1. Give my collusions and explain how they differ-this is explaining why the results are precisely the way they are and why they differ with initial experiences
2. Making a list of resource where I got the data from
3. Defining my sample set- to make the audiences understand my collection for the study.

Quality control proposal for the company

The quality control will involve four essential steps

1. Setting up quality expectations- from contact with customers, the company will analyze the future expectations of the customers. Here the critical data is customer preference and satisfaction.
2. Planning for quality assurance- this involves choosing the best tools to meet the set targets like the completeness of product features.
3. Planning for quality control-this involves developing a plan that specifies the sequence and schedule of quality control activities.
4. Organize the process for managing quality-once the assurance plan is developed, the next step is defining the means to maintain quality, and this ensures all the tasks are performed as expected. The primary data here complies with the regulations.

Conclusion

In conclusion, data control is a very crucial factor in every organization as it ensures that every data is used for the indented purpose. I would recommend that every organization establishes the data quality control plan (Illi, 2016).
