Question 1: I believe I do spend most of my time on things that do not reflect what I want to accomplish in life. I spend most of my days resting and keeping up with social media. Social media consumes a lot of time in my day. I feel the desire to quit spending my days on social media, but it is hard for me. Friends also contribute a lot in diverting my attention to the goals and purpose in life. I keep chatting with them mostly, and they consume a lot of my time, which I would have dedicated to other things that matter. But I believe I am on a journey of fulfilling my career as I do dedicate some time to my studies.
Question 2: since COVID-19 was announced, schools closed, my life has been different. Now, I do have time for my studies, which I do take seriously. Secondly, since I am at home, I spend time with family, and we get to know one another more. Furthermore, I have undertaken a course in leadership, which I believe will be valuable in my career. Before the pandemic, I would go out with my friends and spend most of my time with them. Before the pandemic I would go to my friend’s house socialize, watch a movie hence spending less time on my books and family.
Question 3: 1 will change how I spend my days and put more focus on areas that help me grow career-wise. I want to cut most of the time that I spend on social media and divert it to my books and my leadership course.
