As a result, the employees within the organization need to qualify to produce the best quality products and services for the customers. For this to be possible, the management should ensure that they hire the most qualified personnel to work within the organization. The hiring and recruiting process can be quite frustrating for the recruiters as it requires that a lot of time and resources be invested in the recruitment process for it to be successful. Some of the factors that influence failure in the recruitment process include; Branding, Sham Recruiting, and Pay and Benefits.

Branding

Brand management remains to be the primary action of most organizations. Whereas branding remains one of the most critical organizational resources, the branding efforts of most organizations are generally focused on corporate brands and product development (Perlman, 2016). This is a domain that has been undermined in the human resource management sector. The human resource management is crucial for the profitability of the organizations. Such considers the quality of the employees that they provide for the organizations. The organizations require both skilled and unskilled personnel for their success. The job market is usually filled with a sizeable volume of people seeking an opportunity to work for the organization. However, it is the companies that adopt the best recruitment techniques and a proper balance between the skilled and unskilled professionals to work in different parts of their firm (Fernanda, Posthuma, & Quinones, 2010). Sham recruitment of employees is a factor that massively undermines the performance of the organizations. Any business requires specialists to take care of the different organizational departments. Sham recruitment increases the business risk of failure and running into losses from their operations. In such instances, the business ends up hiring individuals who are not qualified enough to provide the necessary products and services to the company.

Pay and Benefits

Organizations regularly seek to hire the most qualified people for their job. Whereas the businesses can design a recruitment system to support their organization strategies, without the proper payments and provision of employee benefits, the system will collapse. This is because the firms will not acquire the correct employees. Consequently, the company will start suffering from a low public image due to the little compensation of the employees (Walk, Schinnenburg, & Handy, 2014). The welfare of the employees should be a factor that should be highly considered in the operations of a business. The employees should receive proper payments and bonuses when they provide highly profitable results for the firm.
