Question one

Thurgood Marshall. He is one of the best African American who worked with Supreme Court justice. He plays a key role in promoting racial equality when coming with the civil rights movement.

Separate but equal. It is one of the legal doctrines within the United States constitutional law. According to this law, the law requires the whites and the blacks to ride in separate railroad cars but was not part of violating the equal protection clause.

The rule of law. It can be defined as a durable system of laws, norms, institutions, and community commitments that brings about accountability.

Sweat v. painter, the role of those cases was to challenge the separate but equal laws. The case involved a black man sweat was denied admission to join the Texas school of law.

U.S constitution. The role of the U.S constitution, in this case, is to act as a guide or reference for the people.

Fourteenth amendment. The fourteenth amendment was meant to address many issues affecting the citizens and their rights. It was intended to treat equal protection rights.

He was an army general and a statesman who became the 34th president of the United States from 1953 to 1961. He played a role in planning and supervising the invasion of North Africa.

Supreme Court: the Supreme Court played a significant role in coming up with decisions regarding these cases of unequal rights among the members.

Governor Faubus. He played a significant role in calling out the people of Arkansas to surround the central high school and help prevent integration.

Ernest green. He was born in September 1941. He was a member of the school board and was involved in offering education to students without having to pay any amount.

Racial segregation. It is a form where the Africans were isolated from the Americans in a way that they were not involved in any activities. Racial discrimination was seen in schools as the Africans were not allowed to join some schools for the whites.

Little rock central high school. It was based in Arkansas and played the role of desegregation. The Supreme Court ruled on the segregation of public schools as being unconstitutional.

Question two

Justice Kennedy, in his ruling about separate but equal, stated that race spirited facilities and, if similar, they did not violate the constitution. The court, in this case, noted that any form of segregation was not part of discrimination.

Question three

Justice Stephen G. Breyer in this ruling, he was astonished by how the case had taken too long to find a meaningful solution. According to him, the case would have made a shorter period to come up with the ruling. In this case, the students were the most affected and not allowed to perform any essential functions (Chin, 2010).  They were not allowed to learn in some schools or use some facilities. The judge, in this case, was not aware of how the students had been suffering and denied some of these equal rights.

Question four

Once the Supreme Court makes a ruling, it can either be changed by the president. The president has the power of the law using the right channels. The other House of Representatives can also change the Supreme Court ruling.

Question six

The executive got involved because the African American was suffering, there were unequal sharing of resources, and the African were denied the fundamental sources.

Question seven

The executive appoints the Supreme Court. In this case, they can consult any evidence that they think is many ways out of their bound.

The executive also relies on the Supreme Court in legal matters. The supreme also is responsible for swearing in the president and any other executive member.

The Supreme Court limits the type of issues and is limited to control over the schedule.

Question 10

The government plays the role of ensuring that there is equity in the country; the people are treated. Equally, they get allocated to resources, and they follow the set laws.
